XanderGlasses have a 12-month warranty that covers issues from normal use.
XanderGlasses are powered by Vuzix Shield glasses and are covered under the terms of the Vuzix Hardware Product Limited Warranty. This warrants that XanderGlasses shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of receiving the product after purchase from Xander.
Please note that the Limited Warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from (1) power surge, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, wear and tear, mishandling, misapplication, or other causes unrelated to defects in the hardware (2) unauthorized repair, modification, tampering or disassembly; (3) improper operation or maintenance not in accordance with product instructions (4) or connection to improper voltage supply.
