Use your XanderGlasses Companion App to submit a bug report to our team and we will investigate.
If your XanderGlasses aren't working as expected, please first read and follow the instructions in this article on basic troubleshooting steps.
If you are still having trouble, we encourage you to also submit. bug report to our team so we can investigate further.
To submit a bug report:
- Make sure your XanderGlasses are powered on.
- Open the XanderGlasses Companion App on your phone.
- Tap the System icon in the bottom-right corner of your phone app screen.
- Scroll down and tap the Report a Bug card.
- Please use your phone to type in a description of the problem, then tap the Send Bug Report button.
- Please let us know after you've submitted a bug report.
