Can I wear XanderGlasses while driving?

The short answer is no, please don't!

Nobody should wear captioning glasses — or any kind of smart glasses with a visual display — while driving! Each state has a law against texting while driving because it is a distraction that takes your focus away from the road.

While some modern vehicles have heads-up-displays with your current speed appearing in the windshield, glancing at this number is quick and easy.

Captioning glasses, however, require much more of your time, attention, and focus to read them, which creates a significant distraction equivalent to texting while driving. Please don't do it!
